Remittance of Booth charges payments:

Foreign Exhibitors of IndiaMART Hardware & Tools Expo 2009 & IndiaMART Fastener Expo 2009 have to remit the cost of Booth immediately after sending us the Application for Space Form. Foreign exhibitors have to calculate the cost of their Booth as per US Dollar charges given in the Application Form. The payment should be remitted to our Bank Account via Telegraphic W ire Transfer or Swift Transfer only. The payment should be made in US Dollar or equivalent of US Dollar.

Exhibitors are requested to contact them for obtaining names, addresses, etc of their overseas associates. Exhibitors shall receive the complete Information Package directly from them. Please note that no agency other than the approved agency by organiser is allowed to operate the handling / clearing job for IndiaMART Hardware & Tools Expo 2009 & IndiaMART Fastener Expo 2009 inside the exhibition venue. Any forwarder may deliver to the doors of the hall, but only the official freight forwarders MUST handle it from there to your stall, unless this item can be handcarried. This regulation will be strictly enforced

Official clearing and forwarding agents will offer to Exhibitors information & assistance in respect of (i) customs-import and export formalities (ii) octroi exemption & formalities, (iii) repacking & re-export, (iv) warehousing. It is suggested that Exhibitors discuss their requirements with official agent and enter into comprehensive arrangements. The Exhibitors should pay the concerned agency directly for their services. Hiring of labour from an outside agency will not be allowed in the exhibition venue.

Shipping or Air Cargo of your exhibits to India :
Approval from the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is expected shortly. This will facilitate import of exhibit materials by Foreign Exhibitors under ATA Carnet. The exhibit shipping and clearing from Indian Ports should be handed over only to the Official Freight Forwarders of the show. The necessary documents – the ITPO Approval Letter and the Participation Certificate shall be sent to you well advance.
